Ossie Hinds is the founder and CEO of Cornerstone, and sets our strategic direction. His focus is on the evolving needs of our Clients as they try to find and keep good customers. Ossie’s passion for flawless delivery of Cornerstone’s products and services to our Clients permeates throughout our businesses and is one of the primary reasons we have been able to deliver the many innovations that we have brought to the North American marketing community throughout our history. Ossie is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Marketing Association and a recipient of its Direct Marketer of the Year and Honorary Lifetime Member Awards. He is also a past member of the Board of Directors of Foundation Fighting Blindness Canada.
Data Products and List Services
Bob Coles leads our Data Products and List Services team. Bob joined Cornerstone the year we started and has, at one time or another, led almost every business that Cornerstone owns, developing a reputation with our Clients as a go-to person for advice and problem solving. In addition to his other duties, Bob is responsible for introducing Cornerstone's exciting new online data products to our Clients and continuing to build and develop our Infodirect and Universe Canada Products into the largest and most comprehensive sources of consumer data in Canada.
Database Marketing and Insights
Julio Tavares leads our Database Marketing and Insights team. Julio has over 20 years experience in the database marketing space and is responsible for both the day-to-day operations of our Database Marketing and Insights Team and for ensuring we are ahead of the curve regarding the latest technologies to deliver our services. Since joining Cornerstone Julio has assembled an extremely talented team that offers our Clients state-of-the-art marketing databases and all of the analytical tools and insights to maximize their effectiveness.
Don Lange leads our Digital Marketing Team. Don joined Cornerstone in our very early years and has been responsible for creating more Cornerstone products and services than anyone else in our business. Don breathes creativity, innovation and Client service. It was Don who decided to start Cornerstone’s Digital Marketing Business, and he and his team have grown it to be one of North America’s leading Digital service providers.
Donation Processing and Fundraising Services
Justin Webb leads our Donation Processing and Fundraising Services Team. Justin has been with Cornerstone for over twenty years and has had senior-level tours of duty in virtually every business we own, developing a reputation amongst our Clients as a practical, get-it-done leader with intimate knowledge of the right technologies for them. Today Justin and his team are responsible for delivering state-of-the art online and offline donation processing and related services to fundraisers throughout North America through our offices in Canada and the United States.
Cornerstone’s Support Groups
Cornerstone is able to combine innovative products and services with such a high level of Client-engagement because of our support groups.
George Tsiribis leads Cornerstone’s Information Services and Information Technology Teams. George and his Team are responsible for ensuring that each of Cornerstone’s products are available to our staff and Clients all day, every day, that our certifications for things like Level 1 PCI compliance are always in place, and that our Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans are up-to-date and tested.
Jim Grant leads Cornerstone’s Human Resources Team. Jim and his Team ensure that our staff are treated well – from coordinating a twice annual review and feedback exercise to delivering a 5-star benefits package.
Edmond Chan leads Cornerstone’s Accounting Team. Edmond and his Team are responsible for invoicing over one thousand Clients a year, often every month, and for providing Cornerstone staff and Clients with decision-facilitating financial reports and analysis.
